Why do certain symptoms keep returning—even after physical therapy, surgery, or years of trying different treatments?

Sometimes the difficulty remains in the same place. Other times, it migrates to a new area.

That’s because in many cases, treating the joint, muscle, or structure alone is not enough.

To create lasting change, we must also shift the underlying patterns—how we use our body, how we perceive ourselves, and the unconscious ways we've learned to hold, brace, or limit ourselves in response to stress, trauma, or emotion.

This is where muscle armor comes in: the chronic tension we carry as protection—often invisible, but deeply influential. It shapes posture, breath, and self-image.

In treating your condition, I work with you to go beyond muscles and joints, and into the deeper landscape of:

Through over thirty years of studying, teaching, exploring, and rehabilitating movement, I’ve developed a unique and proprietary approach to gently unwind this armor and invite fluid, functional, whole-body change.

As a licensed Physical Therapist, I offer the clinical foundation to treat your condition safely and effectively.

But traditional PT often stops at isolated body parts. That’s why I integrate the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education, which allows us to retrain the entire mind-body system, restoring coordination, adaptability, and clarity.

My specialization in pelvic health adds another essential layer. In this intimate and emotionally charged area, fear and anxiety can manifest as gripping, numbness, or pain. Addressing the pelvic floor helps release core layers of muscle armor that affect the whole self.

I also draw from my lifelong experience in dance, yoga, and Pilates to bring artistry, joy, and balance into the healing process.

🩺 Insurance-Based Physical Therapy

For those seeking care covered by insurance, we offer a full PT program rooted in whole-body awareness.
We accept: BCBS, UHC, Humana, Cigna, WEBTPA, and Medicare.

Your treatment may include:

  • Manual therapy

  • Therapeutic exercise

  • Pelvic floor rehabilitation

  • Movement re-education

💡Please note: Feldenkrais, Pilates, Cold Laser are not covered by insurance.

🌿 Private Integrative Sessions (Out of Pocket)

For deeper, customized work beyond a diagnosis.
These sessions are ideal if you’re navigating:

  • Chronic tension or unexplained pain

  • Stress or emotional holding patterns

  • Trauma recovery

  • Pelvic floor issues that feel “bigger than physical”

Modalities may include:

  • Feldenkrais Method (individual or group)

  • Muscle Armor Release

  • Embodied Pelvic Therapy

  • Functional Pilates or Yoga integration

Some clients come for 6–8 sessions.
Others stay for months, layering in group classes, embodiment work, or seasonal intensives.
